Deposit methods: jtween currently supports deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as bank transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳200 for mobile banking and ৳1,000 for bank transfer.
Withdrawal Rules: Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for your deposit — if you deposited via bKash, you will generally need to withdraw to bKash as well. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
Processing time: Mobile banking withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 4 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days. Bank transfers may be delayed on weekends or public holidays.
KYC Verification: For large withdrawal amounts, jtween may carry out identity verification (KYC). This is for your own protection. Your NID, selfie, and mobile banking details will be cross-checked for consistency.
Fair Play Policy: All games on jtween are powered by internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Results are completely fair. Each game's RTP (Return to Player) information is publicly available.
Bet Limits: Minimum and maximum bet limits apply across various games and markets. These limits are clearly displayed within the game interface. jtween reserves the right to adjust these limits.
Cricket Betting: If a match is cancelled or abandoned in Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded. For in-play betting, live odds change in real time — the odds confirmed at the time of placement will apply.
Technical issues: If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault on jtween's end, the bet for that round will be refunded. However, jtween is not responsible for disruptions caused by a player's own internet connection.
Welcome Bonus: First-deposit bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements. To make a bonus amount withdrawable, you will generally need to wager 10–30 times the original bonus amount. Specific conditions are stated on the bonus offer page.
Free Spins: Wagering requirements also apply to winnings from free spins. Free spins are generally valid for 48–72 hours, and any unused spins will be forfeited once the period expires.
Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, submitting false information to obtain bonuses, or attempting to manipulate the bonus system in any way is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
Loyalty Points: Loyalty points are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash, but they can be redeemed for specific rewards and benefits. Points may expire after 6 months of account inactivity.

Closed by jtween: If there is evidence of rule violations, fraud, or illegal activity, jtween may close the account without prior notice. The associated balance and bonuses may be forfeited in such cases.
